Terms and Conditions ikb8 – A Clear Guide for Every Player

1 Definitions and Scope of Application

In this Terms and Conditions document, "ikb8", "we", or "Platform" refers to ikb8.org and all services provided through it. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ikb8 platform in any capacity.

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the ikb8 platform without exception, including but not limited to access via web browser, Android mobile app, iOS app, or any other device used to access the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms.

This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ikb8 which forms part of the overall agreement between you and this platform.

2 Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ikb8. Registering more than one account by the same individual – whether using different information or not – is a serious breach of these terms and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balances and pending wins.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. ikb8 reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents (KYC) including identification card, passport, or proof of address to verify your account information. Withdrawals will only be processed upon successful completion of the KYC verification process.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and access to your account.
• Notify the support team immediately ikb8 if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Sharing, transferring, or selling your ikb8 account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Registration using a VPN or blacklisted IP address may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• The full name on the account must match the name of the registered bank account holder for withdrawal purposes.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at ikb8 processed through secure, encrypted payment channels. The minimum deposit is RM 10 and players may use the available payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and local Malaysia digital wallets.

For withdrawals, the registered bank account must be in the same name as the account registered at ikb8. ikb8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 2 hours for fully verified accounts.

Any deposit that appears suspicious or inconsistent with a player's usual usage pattern may be placed on hold for security review. ikb8 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any disputed transaction.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by ikb8 subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated in each promotional offer. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.

The welcome bonus for new members is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Weekly promotions and reload offers are subject to wagering requirements stated separately in the terms of each respective promotion.

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new player – no exceptions.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity or promotion abuse will be voided in full.

5 Game Rules and Integrity

All games on the platform ikb8 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ikb8 itself.

The use of any automated software, bots, algorithms, or tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited. ikb8 uses advanced detection systems to identify abnormal betting patterns and reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of using such methods.

• Winnings obtained through the exploitation of bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform will not be recognised and will be voided.
• Any attempt to collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is a serious violation.
• Live Casino game outcomes streamed by third-party providers are final and cannot be disputed by ikb8.
• Technical interruptions during a game session will be resolved based on server records maintained by the ikb8 system.

6 Player Responsibilities and Obligations

As a user of the platform ikb8, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. ikb8 is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform in regions where such services are restricted.

You agree not to use the platform ikb8 for any illegal activity including but not limited to money laundering, identity fraud, or falsification of financial transactions. Any such attempt will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• You confirm that all funds deposited into your ikb8 account are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• You are responsible for setting your own personal gaming limits and playing within your financial means.
• If you feel you may have a gambling problem, you agree to make use of the responsible gaming management tools provided by ikb8.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date and accurate at all times.

7 Data Privacy and Information Security

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ikb8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or actions that could compromise the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team ikb8. Prior to account closure, any eligible credit balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee of RM 5.
• Account closure due to fraud or breach of terms will result in forfeiture of all balances and outstanding wins.
• Players who voluntarily close their account may re-register after completing the required procedures.

9 ikb8 Liability Limits

Platform ikb8 provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, ikb8 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ikb8 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of anticipated profits or data.

Maximum liability limit ikb8 to any user under any circumstance is limited to the total amount actually deposited by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Amendment of Terms and Governing Law

ikb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendment notices will be displayed prominently on the website and/or communicated to users via their registered email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except for amendments required immediately for security or legal reasons.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of operation ikb8. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties before any legal action is taken.
